I hate to say that's all I hope it is, because I respect Aubrey ... but I want to keep him around for a promotion here after Shula inevitably gets a HC gig ... so I hope that's all it is.

And Allen coached Glenn a few times and there's the connection with Campbell and Allen so they know each other. Also Pleasant got fired in Detroit not sure that's the best connection when Glenn pretty much turned the defense around after AP was fired.

Yeah.. maybe there’s competition for Allen and he’s covering bases. Pleasant has that “asst HC” in his title.. maybe that’s attractive.

Maybe and maybe him watching Pleasant fail right in front of him and get fired leaves a sour taste and he's just doing what he has do to. As long as we're throwing maybes out there they're all valid.
