Fisher made mention that based on some internal studies, they find it might be more effective to practice Mondays and have the off day later in the week. Thats a pretty interesting shift from the norm.

Can anyone confirm? I'm already thinking about Washington.
 
i think monday is the regular day off, then tues/wednesday and practice friday

Practice Fridays

walk through Saturdays

kill Sundays
 
Players go in today for Treatments, Film Review, and Stretching. Not a full day, but some work.
