The two main players the Los Angeles Rams need to keep healthy in 2026 are: Matthew Stafford & Alaric Jackson. Without Jackson last season the Rams were not very good.
Having Alaric square off against Myles every day in practice can only sharpen Alaric's technique. I am not sure whether Alaric can return the favor by sharpening Myles' technique, but it can't hurt.

Yeah if you have Humpries backing him up.Jared Verse talked about abusing KT,but he IMO was the better LT for The Rams.
Wondering how AJ does,of course Alaric is far and away better.AJ has been a Ram longer if I’m recalling right.

BTW, I posted this thread as a joke-- just because of the weird way AJ's helmet "ripped off" and got stuck to Garrett's helmet. A bizarre sequence I'd forgotten about. Check out the video, it's only 30 seconds long.
Most of us watched the game and saw it real time.Not saying it wasn’t bizarre though.He was asked about and told the story about it.Haven’t heard his side of the story. There was also a Mean Joe Green type thing.Most have been a Child Hero of Mcvay. After the game Mcvay meet up with Myles & told him what a Pain in the ass he was to block.
Alaric earned a couple stars blocking him.Had never seen the helmets engage like that before.Didn’t know what a cool guy Garrett was either.Looked like Alaric won him with kindness.

D.J. Humpries STUNK & basically cost The Rams the Falcons game.Might have changed the draft pick(2026) ?
KT Leveston was actually the Browns starting RT.They did draft Spencer Fano who was the 1st O”Lineman drafted.
AJ Arcuri is 28,but he actually came out a year after Alaric Jackson.He was in the Logan Bruss draft in 2022 7th rd.
Alaric Jackson was a UDRFA in 2021 and is 27.
Humphries cost us the Atlanta game.
And they signed Humphries because they felt he was a better option than Quessenberry & now Quessenberry is the backup to Jackson.

You could say ,you could say Noteboom could’ve been an All Pro just as easily.His injuries were far worse.
& it cost The Rams LT Leveston who IMO was a True LT ( backup). He some what proved that in the preseason.

The one thing I did like about Trost is that he did play both tackle positions and graded out well. Again, Trost might not have the length, but he battles and seems to hold up well in pass protection. Trost is a fighter so it will be interesting come training camp to see who is the left tackle with the second team.
