Super Bowl winner's domestic violence accuser reveals she is pregnant days after his arrest in LA

Story by Oliver Salt

Alaric Jackson's domestic violence accuser claims she pleaded with the Los Angeles Rams star not to hurt her because she was pregnant, according to reports.

Jackson was arrested on charges of suspected domestic battery at around 11pm on Monday, with police called to his San Fernando Valley home over an alleged dispute involving a 38-year-old woman.

Less than two days later, TMZ is reporting that the Rams offensive lineman is accused of telling the woman in question 'I don't give a f***' when she told him she was pregnant during the altercation.

His accuser claims to have been left with several injuries after the incident on Monday night, her Temporary Restraining Order request reportedly states.

'Verbal threats, scratches, bruises, took my phone & keys,' she wrote when asked if Jackson had caused her 'any emotional or physical harm.'

While it is unclear what the argument was caused by, the accuser explained her version of events in the TRO request.

'He took my phone during the attempt I fought to hold on I bit him trying to keep possession of phone,' she alleged. 'He took it and my headphones, broke them & threw my phone. At which point I started to record the erratic behavior at which point he flipped my food over.'

'When he came back in from taking things to the car he became upset I was recording, he struggled w/ me for my phone I told he him to be careful because I’m pregnant, he said "I don't give a f***." I got bruises, scratches and cuts in the scuffle. He took my keys & phone and threw them over our city view yard,' she added.

The woman also alleged that Jackson took her belongings and 'threw them in the dumpster, took my passport, changed locks and made verbal threats of bodily harm' back in March.

She is seeking a 'no-contact' and a 'stay-award' order against the NFL player, and is asking the court to order him to move out of the home they share.

Jackson's alleged victim also wants him to be kept away from her French Bulldog as part of the TRO.

According to NBC Los Angeles, Jackson believed the woman was recording him with her phone on Monday night, before he allegedly attempted to take the phone out of her hand. The LAPD said the woman had scratch marks on her arms.

He was arrested for felony domestic battery and his bail has been set at $50,000.

Jackson has been with the Rams ever since they drafted him in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft out of Iowa.

He then won Super Bowl LVI with the team, but hasn't earned many other accolades.

Last season, Jackson signed a three-year, $56.3million contract which will see him earn a base salary of $18.925m this season.

There is a potential out in his contract that kicks in before next season, which would allow him to be a free agent at the age of 30.

'We are aware of the incident regarding Alaric Jackson, and we take these matters very seriously. Due to this being an ongoing legal situation, we cannot comment further at this time,' the Rams said in a statement this week.

Gotta love the reporting. Jackson was not a 2nd round pick, lol.

Most of this was what she wrote in a police report. It doesn’t say the police observed the injuries and/or her side of the story. Not yet at least.

Do your best not to judge, be patient, and let the evidence play out. I condemn domestic violence and hope AJ gets a sentence commensurate with his crime if the female’s report holds true.

I also hope AJ can be mature enough to learn from his poor judgment, learn how to resolve disagreements without anger, and learn how to not put himself in these situations.

Man, I really don't know what to think on this one. Could go either way depending on new info that comes out.

People say dumb shit when they're flooded and pissed off, so his "I don't give a f*** " comment doesn't carry too much weight IMO. And yeah, she bit him, which would be a big deal if that was the first physical incident.

That said, AJ has gotten in trouble before and he seems to have some anger issues.

It's hard not to be biased in AJ's favor because he is such a key piece to the Rams SB hopes.

For both their sakes, I'm glad AJ didn't completely lose it and directly physically attack her. Sounds like he got obsessed with retrieving her phone, and any bruises or scratches were based on him trying to get her phone.

AJ's lawyer should put out a statement ASAP representing his client's point of view, or else public opinion could turn against AJ really quick.
