Ok. First, the sky is not falling. Yes, I'm an optimist. The defense play well. But the offense went downward after the Noteboom injury. And we should have tried the Mano-o- mano stuff. Our play calling got caught up in the moment. You line up Brown at normal tailback depth and you run our plays. We lined up at shallow depth and ran into the back of our line. And right now the middle of the line isn't especially strong. But this week was what it was..... for all of the doom and gloom, if we score a touchdown there, it changes the whole game. Is it possible that Fisher was a better judge of talent in his drafts? Or is it because we haven’t had a first round pick in 3 years.? But most of the best talent on this team was drafted by the stache regime.

People don’t like to give fisher his props and some of the criticism is definitely fair but he don’t get enough credit for what he actually helped build. It’s funny that McVay don’t get Judged how Tomlin did when he took over

Mcvay took over a dumpster fire. All the moves which made the offense better, he and snead made them. Within one off-season they fixed the oline and wr corps. Something Fisher couldn't do in five seasons with the rams.

A dumpster fire no where near close.! All McVay had to do was add some pieces he didn’t have to deconstruct and rebuild a whole team like Fisher had to do.
Fisher didn’t have the luxury of a Whitworth hitting free agency yea he messed up on the WR but you can’t call that roster a dumpster fire

I think I might take next week off. Hopefully, McVay comes to terms with what's wrong with this offense and adapts. He made changes against Seattle and then went right back to what wasn't working against SF.
