These commentators are dumb the ball only has to survive the ground when player is diving for catch or diving for more yards not when standing up and going out of bounds

From NFL rule book...

im watching atlanta game and the commentator said plays are not challengable under two seconds of a half. NFL is inconsistent man.

Plays under two minutes of a half are automatically reviewed.
