Yea man Idc, he suggested it when during the game, just before the half, Matt Ryan spiked the ball with just one second left. The refs incorrectly called the spike at the "00" mark, instead of reviewing it, and Quinn had the rule clarified on the sideline for him. He ran away from the refs midsentence in disgust bc they couldn't attempt a last second kick.
