Of course it does as far as hating to lose to a rival, that's EXACTLY the same. I do agree the stakes are different in a pro game with playoff implications.

Maybe until it's acceptable to eat the remainder of that contract? Watching him fail in a "meaningless" game might give him the visual evidence to Demoff to do something?

I agree with you mostly. Except that with his zero playing time, Mannion doesn’t have a repore developed with his receivers. Really looks like nerves to me, though. I just don’t think it’s fair to expect much. There have been catchable drops as well. Just my 2 cents. I hope he settles down.

I just cannot believe that McVay hasn't moved on from this kid yet. For the love of F quit trying to make something of him.

It's not like he's really played Tavon all season minus some token snaps. With Kupp nursing an injury TA was going to get playing time by default. I can't imagine a scenario where he doesn't get cut this offseason though. Especially with all the free agents we have.
