I'm seeing some fans losing confidence in Jefferson after one mediocre game. They forget how he was wide open in the endzone in the Super Bowl and Stafford flat out missed him. It goes both ways. All Sunday did was confirm the Rams are very deep at WR especially when Cooper returns.

I've been saying since TC that this defense is better than most realize. After watching some plays on all 22 I can see that is the case. They have a lot to clean up but I see nothing to indicate that it won't happen. As Shelley and Tomlinson show they can play this scheme the way Aubrey wants then we will see them. I expect Shelley will play this week. I also expect JJ to play as well. The weakness was at safety not CB on Sunday. Lake and Yeast are the fastest safeties they have. If Aubrey thinks it's a range issue then Lake might play over Fuller. If it's a play recognition issue then Fuller and Johnson are probably the best choices.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Ram D started Kendrick, Witherspoon and Durant / Shelley. With McCaffery's speed they need Hampton at SAM, Fuller as an in the box SS and Durant or Shelly at nickel. Either one match up to Deboo

So far Pleasant hasn't disappointed me and I don't expect the secondary to let down. I think it's going to be a close game and IMO Evans and Maher will be instrumental in the win. Evans to keep flipping the field and Maher for the win with a 52 yd game winner. Buckle up guys I think this is going to be a tough fought game.

I'd like us to set the tone early and by that I mean someone rips that fucking boombox from who ever the prick is carrying it and smashes the fucking thing up.

With Puka now injured do they call up a WR off the PS? I think it will be Jefferson, Atwell and Robinson. Robinson is another reclamation player like Witherspoon who has played well. Robinson has height, decent speed and experience. This could be his time to shine. Some of his highlights when he was in Baltimore last year. He's a pretty good WR on par with Jefferson so he's no scrub.

This is all setup beautifully for the Rams. They come into the game with no one expecting them to win. Even the 49ers will come in confident of victory, maybe overly so? The Seahawks didn't take the Rams seriously and got their butts kicked.

This game is like playing with house money. As long as they don't get blown out the Rams get a really good idea of where the team really is at. But when they win, it will really put a big crack in the Niner confidence going into January. It also gives the Rams a huge lead with two division wins. This season could be setting up for the Rams very nicely to make a legit playoff run.

I think Robinson will see this as a golden opportunity to really begin to secure an extension probably 3 years and close out his career on an upswing with a winning franchise.

So is Robinson the next in line for a Nacua, Atwell type of game? I wouldn't put it past the realm of possibility. The guy has talent and can be a deep threat. Jefferson, Atwell and Robinson are who I see starting at WR.

Robinson is the reason I see no reason for the Rams to rush Puka back. Demarcus is a solid WR talent with size and speed.

100 percent! Nothing to lose here - but a ton to gain from a win!

Biggest thing we need vs the 9ers is fucking attitude. The 49ers always come out with the big bad bully attitude vs us and then we seem to cowardly bend over.

We need a few dudes to come out and hit them in the fuckin mouth and let them know this ain't the SOSAR like the past.

Play their damn game.
Yea agree.

We need to let them know this is Mcvay Rams 2.0 that is built with some knock you the F out.

They got a taste with Nick Scott and the game changed at that point.

It’s truly an alpha fight. Keep bringing the dirty till the bitch breaks and assumes position.

If you are a WR catch the dam ball and love the contact. Get up with.a smile and a pep in your step like you just banged Jessica Alba. Puff your chest out and ask for more balls your way.

The Oline has some Nasty with Avila but we need Noteboom to step up and find a mean streak in this one. Get Williams chipping on Bosa to keep him silent.

Defense needs to rough up Mcaffery and Purdy until they get a little confused and start looking over their shoulder.

And Raheem needs to cover the middle of the field and keep bringing the heat like last week.

Do the above and we win. But it starts with getting your dog in the fight.

I know what you're saying but dweebo scored a td later in the game and the whiners built up a 10 point lead in the 4th qtr.

The Rams knuckled down after that and overpowered those fucks in the last 10 mins of the game.

There are a lot of things we need to do that sound cliche, but will be key:

Set the tone physically.
Avoid mistakes.
Capitalize on opportunities for big plays.

If the game flow allows us to maintain patience on offense and pressure on defense, we'll make a game of it.

If you look at the Steeler game the 9er attack looks like you would expect. Run the ball, pass short, usually short middle. An early lead would take the 9ers out of their comfort zone. Easier said than done.
Stop the run and force Purdy to look deeper on the outside. I think Morris will deploy one high safety in this one and use the other to clog up the middle.
