I think one aspect of this team that is being overlooked is the fact that Adams & Stafford have had a full set of OTA's and all of training camp to work together. Last year they often seemed to be a bit off. Not always on the same page.

If Adams stays healthy, he could have an even bigger impact this year. Maybe not in shear numbers, and not just TDs, but more key 3rd down completions where last year they seemed miss on quite a few when needed.

Now, he probably will get fewer snaps in order to keep him fresh, but I think they will be much more consistent together this year, between the 20's, when last year it seemed more hit & miss, especially in the first half of the season.
Great point.
I think that they were intentionally forcing it, the Stafford to Adams connection, during the season because they just didn't have that offseason work and knew it needed to develop. Those two super-computers after a year together and a full offseason? Gonna be fun.

Which, imo, is a terrible idea. I hate the idea of making two positions worse because of one injury
Well, that all depends. Is McClendon a better LT than Quessenberry? If Trost showcases he can handle RT well, which was his primary position in college, but I concur, the thought of flip flopping McClendon could affect his play.

I'd be real concerned with McClendon at LT. In the September 15, 2024 game against the Arizona Cardinals in Phoenix, McClendon gave up 3 sacks in the first half. I was at that game, behind the Rams bench in the 12th row. I had a clear view of McClendon that whole half, including the 3 sacks. It was herrendous. May be best to keep him at RT where somehow he has excelled very well.

Glad my guesses are trending wrong on Simpson and some others so far lol..... super stoked to hope this keeps happening. Next need to see this translate against other teams. Getting a few more surprises is definitely more than welcomed hahaha...... It's still super early so I know technically it could go the wrong way but I like where it's headed right now

Imagining what an elite young TE could do for this offense...

The interesting thing about Simpson is that he'll most likely land in this intermediate space that's a mile wide between being a generational talent and a bust and people just won't know what to do with that.

Guys progressing about where I'd expect things. I'd love for him to be a little further along but honestly he'd probably only be that way as a rookie if he had greater physical attributes than what he has so it is what it is.

Hope he keeps stacking days. Definitely flashing some good things and that's exciting.

I'm of the mind that the Rams should get Dotson inked now vice later. Get 'er done Rams.

The rest of the OL you can wait. Avila probably has a strong season since he's a pending FA but I'd let him walk. Still think Trost is most likely to be his replacement in 2027 though it would be great if he impresses at tackle. McClendon it won't hurt to have him play out a full season in 2026 before talkin contract.
