Just saying he quit on the Rams after 5 or 6 weeks in 21'.

Sure, back in 2009 or whenever he came out, the Rams should have drafted him. Of course a bad Rams franchise at the time, he probably would have wanted out after a few years.
Just saying,he SAVED The Rams salary cap to get OBJ after they traded for Von Miller.
It was great he wanted out.Sean Mcvay was able to keep his value .

Sorry, @So Ram . Meant to have that in blue font; it just slipped my mind. Didn't mean anything mean by it.
@So Ram honestly has a great sense of humor. I'm sure he got the joke. Cheers for your concern Memsie. I'm sure he appreciates it. I thought it was funny but you're right. We seriously need to reconsider our vetting process.

I see these YouTubers & trying to one up with Trades .To me it’s not even FUN to think about. It’s more exciting to get serious & see what these young players can don& fit in.

CUTS ???? I think Mcvay has fixed that problem as well.He likes players to BUY in believes coaching(teaching is key.

What happens to ALL these FA’s next season is WHERE I think the money goes.

I also believe (McSnead,Demoff) want to use 2022 as the Blueprint.Meaning make a trade in season. It gives The Rams(your team)) a better chance to get a key (piece) wild card after the cards have been dealt.Injuries happen & TRADEs are cheaper.Von Miller & OBJ will always be that theory of WHY !!

Contract Year 4 BY#0,special (Free) Agent Zero .Instead B-ing about a contract,he is bettering himself with-in. ConGrats. What a Great Story(movie) that will be told.Just hope there is a very happy Ending.

Impairing James Pearce ? A first Rd pick they use in the Trade with The Rams.Ehich The Rams used for McDuffie.
Which made drafting Ty Simpson, which could be HUGE for this FRANCHISE!!
—IMO if The Rams Drafted Ferguson with there Number 1 Pick(first rd),the pressure & LET DOWN would have been such a NEVER ENDING discussion on this board.

Does Keagan Trist have a chance to start ? Can he play LT as a swing ?
I really like this guys SIZE & STICKY BLOCKING !!

McClendon could be a STAPLE though ? His YOUTH is what makes resigning him maybe a priority?

When PEOPLE (fans-espn-tuber types) discuss ALL IN ! AREN”T The RAMS all in ? Imo I believe they are all in in The Fact there are SO many unknowns with PLAYERS CONTRACTS in 2027.

Someone can go down The LIST ?

I was looking at QBs that were available at pick 93. The top two that went after pick 93. They were Klubnik and Payton.

So let's say the Rams pass on Simpson, but still want a young QB in this past draft. So would you rather have Simpson & Trost or Lemon & Klubnik/Payton?

When you think about it in terms of immediate help, I think Simpson/Trost addressed the most important needs for this upcoming year. Simpson probably a better fit at QB if needed, and Trost is a versatile back up that can play 4 positions if needed. They also address where the needs are for 2027 as well considering the contract issues on the OL and QB.

kahreem hunt?
Looked bad on a video with a woman. Chiefs cut him loose, doing the “responsible” thing. After a couple years of purgatory in Cleveland, he was back wearing a chiefs uniform.

THAT is a bad look, IMO.

Couldn't agree with you more man. It's fools folly to do a bunch of what ifs. Just get excited about what we actually have and hope they develop some into key additions. I mean, I get hoping for another move or two to grab a player but don't get the what if we traded down or up and grabbed this guy. We didn't. We are where we are.

I have feeling McClendon is gonna have a good year at right tackle. If so he'll be a hot commodity in free agency. If they extend him now before he's well known he'll be cheaper than waiting till after the season.

There’s got to be some pending OL contract extensions coming in the next 0-4 months, right….??!???

Rams usually do all of their extensions right before and during training camp/preseason time. No idea why but that's been their modus operandi for years now. Snead even alluded to that timeframe when asked about all of the players who are due for extensions a few months back. So will probably be late July/August before we hear of any. They tend to do all of the rookies at once too well after a lot of other teams have signed their picks. I'm assuming they do this to have a clear picture of what salary cap situation is after offseason is completely over.

I concur.
I'm usually in the "prove it" camp when it come to an early extension with some of these guys.
But Warren McClendon has come virtually from nowhere, worked his way up the depth chart, and has ALREADY proven it, imo.
PAY him ...........

It must have been a huge bribe
