Yeah it feels like when Les misses it's usually on the athleticism types. We seem to do better with the high production types who offer a sound role on film, plus being a fit for the culture.

I tend to think it's more about him missing on picks from his Alma Mater. Even last year's.

Well, his most recent season he missed over half the games. He missed 3 the previous year. Think a majority of that time was hamstring issues which, unfortunately, do not improve with age. Would love to see Hunter get the bulk of preseason reps.
Jaylen Waddle to Denver for 2026 1st, 3rd and 4th picks. Late round draft choices but a nice haul for Miami.
That is a lot of capital. Waddle has underwhelmed me the last 2 seasons. He's had some games, but overall. I would decidedly not have been happy if we traded all of that for him.

Its a great pick up for Denver but extremely costly draft capital wise. They'll be up there with us as contenders as they have a stout defense and have given Bo Nix another weapon besides Sutton. Hate Asshole Face but he's got a legit team going.
It occurs to me that the trade capital is very comparable to what the Rams gave up for McDuffie.
I consider Trent McDuffie to be a top-5 CB but I don’t view Jaylen Waddle to be a top-10 WR.
