McVay likes his receivers to block. Since Tutu can't block he would only be in on a few plays. Especially since McVay went 3 TEs last year

I wish Tutu all the best and hope the Dolphins can do something with him. His biggest problem with the Rams (in large part due to his small stature) is that he just was never a good fit for this team and this offense. With the right offense, he's probably worth some snaps and some deep shots in most games, because getting deep fast is one thing he's really good at. But in an offense where the WRs are expected to block and be physical as with the Rams ... just not a fit at all.

Yeah I agree but if he is used purely for speed on a few plays each game - he may be pretty good.
