Very true. Wasnt a knock at us. McDuffie was last week. Was talkin more of a 1st day of FA thing.
I think one thing became obvious from yesterday and that is no way are the Rans keeping both Verse & Young. So obviously Young will be the one likley gone next year unless he is moved before that.
Jaelon Phillips getting $30M a year. Daniel Hunter getting a huge extension. Edge rushers are getting near QB money and can't see how any team can pay $50M apy plus for 2 edge rushers.
So dont be surprised if the Rams use a top 100 pick on a promising edge.

Yes, the Josiah Stewart pick from last year is a GREAT pick. Have to try to replicate that within first 3 rounds of this year's draft and Edge is not out of the question at 13.
Woke up this a.m. expecting more additions. WTF Les.
Have to think they'll draft one as well. Even if they don't get the QB1 they should be able to find a QB2 while hoping they get lucky.
The cards would do well to tank the hell out of this season and get one of the franchise guys in '27. They aren't winning shit in this division in '26 regardless. By far the toughest division in football.

I was hoping to see a Devon Lloyd pick up late last night, but no such luck. I think the Rams are probably done with R1 of FA agency. But I have hopes they may go after a solid LB in FA before all is said and done.
If they hadn't rushed in to get Landman locked up they would be nicely positioned to add Lloyd now. Ah well. It's a nice ILB class so maybe we come out of the draft with an upgrade.
