Agreed, I meant more as a backup role for ol' Jimmy Jim Jim.More likely that Miami rides it out with Tua in '26, no team is gonna trade for him and the dead cap hit is too much for them to cut him
I think that's pretty off base and ignorant to talk shit and say someone wanting to add Hill shows who they are. They want Hill the football player for his football skills and that's it. Most fans just want the best players to have their favorite team win a championship. No one on here can truly say he's a great person and I highly doubt anyone would argue against him being a piece of shit. Although I respect and totally understand why some people would instantly say no because of what they see in Hill as a human, fans can also hope he would sign with their favorite team while also hoping he gets his shit together. We are the team that kept someone, Leonard Little, that literally murdered someone due to their own personal demons with alcohol. I prefer to ultimately let the Rams make the decision regarding Hill and would root him on to do better if he somehow joined our team. At the end of the day we don't decide anything and everything here is based on hypotheticals. And no I will not block you as you have the right to speak your mind as we all have the right to say why we agree or disagree with this view.
I'll say this, you don't seem like an ignorant person, but we've all been ignorant about shit in life. That's a normal human trait in my opinion as no one is perfect, myself included. I'm also not calling you a shitty person either. You are passionate about your stance in regards to the character of Hill. I also get the flip side of what some think Hill will bring skill wise to the team. I actually share your concern about his skillset because he's 32 coming off of a major injury where most players don't fully recover until they've gone thru a full season not getting reinjured. This is why I said I'll leave it up to the Rams to make whatever their decision is because they are going to have access to get way more information on Hill as the player and as the person too. I love our locker room culture and I'm extremely confident McVay wouldn't fuck that part up as he's awesome with that part of our team. As to being nice, you can still be nice to people and get stuff out of life. If someone doesn't respond to that, either write em off or give what they are giving right back, choice is yours there. Beauty of life is there are multiple avenues to take there although it can be sort of a bitch on which one to travel based on what folks you may be dealing with. Then let me be ignorant and a shitty person. Maybe everyone can get what they want then.
I was too young at the time to really get the Leonard Little situation, but had I been old enough, I would’ve been fucking beside myself with rage, keeping a murderer over London. And it’s not the Shaw/Zygcunt/Whoregia regime anymore. McSnead would’ve kicked Little cold turkey had it happened under their watch; they’ve dumped more talented players for less.
If some people on here want our front office to get Hill with his diminishing skillset, thinking it’s going to be “just like Davante” (let alone not realizing that maybe, just maybe, Adams isn’t the massive human turd that Hill is and fits the culture of this team), they’re going to be extremely disappointed.
But yeah, done with being nice. Hasn’t gotten me anything worth shit in this life, nor will it get me shit in the next.
Geno to the Vikings could be a good fit. Word is McCarthy is cooked (always was) and they're bringing someone in to compete. Geno is pretty good with a certain infrastructure. He's now on the career backup train of his career. Any team that gets him as the number 2 is doing just fine. If he's your starter though, your team is totally fucked.
He'd definitely would have weapons but I wouldn't be too scared of a team with Geno at the helm. Unfortunately I think the Vikings are going to have to use him as a bridge, if they go that route, and try to see if they can find a better future QB.Geno to the Vikings could be a good fit. I mean Geno cooked us more than a few times. He'd definitely would have weapons but I wouldn't be too scared of a team with Geno at the helm. Unfortunately I think the Vikings are going to have to use him as a bridge, if they go that route, and try to see if they can find a better future QB.
Another possibility we could toss around is Kingsbury wants to bring mariotta with him from Washington. I scoffed initially, but then again…If he moves on it could be because the Rams let him know that they will add another QB whether in FA or the draft. Not that they will tell him how they will add a guy, but that they advise him to look elsewhere. So that could be first hint of changes coming to the QB room.
Good question honestly as it was the Raiders. However the Raiders also ruined Carr ans I doubt Geno will have much of an impact wherever he goes. Unfortunately, I think Geno's best days are behind him.I mean Geno cooked us more than a few times.
He's not world beater but think he's pretty underrated. Now question I have is did his skills declined last year or was his performance a microcosm of a insanely talentless and dysfunctional offense.

Sorry to say that it's really not different. The Rams took a chance on someone that did something really shitty even if he was 21. All I'm talking about is that no one can get mad on the Rams take a chance on someone who has done something shitty when they did so with Little as my example. It's good that Little tried his best to make amends. I think if Hill signs with us, by some miracle by the way lol, I personally hope he does the same. With that said, not gonna hold my breath either since his track record does say otherwise.Well, the good news is that it’s not even a hypothetical because…well the list is legion.
There’s a better chance Tom Brady sells his stake in the Raiders to be our backup QB than of us getting Hill…who is most definitely a POS and is unlikely to even be medically cleared to play this year.
And the Leonard Little thing was different because he was barely 21 and his teammates got him drunk iirc and none of them checked him to make sure he was good. They let him drive away knowing he was hammered. He was a very small town kid and naive and did something unthinkable. He made many efforts over the years to make amends and the family just was unwilling to forgive as is their right. Years later, he had a second DUI and that’s when I stopped defending him, but aside from impact, Leonard Little is a far cry from people like Hill and Greg Hardy and guys like that.

That Sean??
"new OC Sean Mannion"
Well... he's had plenty of time to watch the game.....
