Wild that Love is huge favorite for pick 4. IMO, Titans could use Tate far more. I actually like their 2 backs. FAR more then I like their WR's. He would dominate there, no doubt, but not sure that would be my choice for the Titans.
IMO Love in the 1st and a WR in the 2nd is a better set up than one of the WR's in the 1st and the next best back.

I don't buy all the reports, most of the time it's smokescreens or writer's opinions. If his Med check out he's the best WR in this class in my opinion.
I think so too. That will mean someone else would've fallen though. And I'm okay with that.

There are a few offensive skill guys Im hoping the Rams will have available at #13(or in a trade down).

Even if Lemon is a dickhead Im good with drafting him. The production and skill set is undeniable. He’ll be forced to grow up quickly surrounded by Rams’ culture.

Every single Draft analyst FULLY ENDORSED Zach Wilson as QB2 and worthy of 2nd overall pick behind Trevor Lawrence, 2020. Some even had him 1st. Lets just shutdown the whole draft projection industry, THAT'll be fun......
A bit hyperbolic don't you think? The guy you quoted just has almost zero credibility and it is difficult to take serious. Guys like McShay and Kiper get a lot wrong as well but they tend to put forth some effort to be correct. I think it's fair for people to question these "experts" when they don't agree with them without it being suggested they want to "shutdown the whole draft projection industry". And yeah... I've often referred to the hair do as something akin to a quack. He just seems to be a blowhard that inexplicably has built a career from being wrong about much of the draft. Oh well. It's all just entertainment anyway.

Is RB even a top 5 need for Titans? WR in 1st and anything on D in the 2nd. Again, Love is a beast and will be good in the NFL. Just not sure I'm taking him that high as the Titans.
Yeah if Love's on the board I'd take him from 2 on. Until he's not on the board.
For our team, sure. For some others (cards, titans, etc) I would not.

13.

Francis Mauigoa, OT, Miami

The dominoes of the Jaylen Waddle trade impacted the Rams' pick. I had Jordyn Tyson here as their new WR3 behind Puka Nacua and Davante Adams, but there's no way Miami would let the top-tier receiver slip past No. 11. Instead, I'm pivoting the Rams' selection to the right tackle position. Mauigoa started 42 games in college, over which time he put together some really good tape. He uses his strength to dominate pass rushers, and he can clear out running lanes. Warren McClendon Jr. is under contract for only one more season, and run blocking is so important in the Rams' offense.

Difference makers are a need. He is likely a bigger difference maker than the WRs other than maybe Tyson and I don't trust his injury problems.

Would hate it. If we are taking a OL, I'd rather it was Fano who would essentially back up every position including center.

Apparently Rams went to Pro Day of Oregon OL Alex Harkey. Predicted late 7th-UDFA) played mostly RT.

Makai Lemon
USC · WR · Junior
According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, the Rams were in on trade discussions for Eagles star A.J. Brown, which points to their desire to add at receiver. Lemon has the characteristics they covet in wideouts, with toughness, strong hands and the ability to pick up yards after the catch.
Again Brown's a legit X wideout. Lemon's gonna play off the line in the NFL.

Interest in Brown does not make me think they're interested in Lemon. They may well be interested in Lemon, but interest in Brown makes it more likely they have their eyes on one of the Xs in this draft. Even if it's a project like Lane, who was Lemon's teammate at USC.

I think McVay has proven he can design the offense to fit the talent available. So they will take the most talented kid available.
