If this picture has not been tampered with Donald looks more yoked than ever. And while I love seeing his physical presence, there is a limit to how much muscle is ideal for sports. As example when I lifted weights heavily , I was way too stiff for an optimal golf swing and way too heavy to effectively maneuver around a racquetball court.
