We haven't had a good returner since Pharoah Cooper it feels like, and sadly, he fumbled at the worst possible time vs. Atlanta in the playoff if I recall. that was several years ago now.

Whittington was good on kick returns last year. I don't know what the hell happened this year, but something has to change.

Worst in kickoffs, returns, FG field position, etc.
Come playoffs, all that bad ST stats will lose the Rams a chance at a SB. He'll, the Michelin Man hasn't even tried FG yet.
What galls me is McSnead not addressing the third phase of the game. ST has been lame since Bones left.

He fumbled twice. Gone after that.

McVay’s history shows he doesn’t fire coaches mid season, instead he’ll just not renew their contract after the season is over.

Yeah, Whittington on returns is very average and nothing to be feared.

4 games since we have spoken about Rams special teams.

The one weakness that the Rams had, has been addressed.

Not easy to do.

Rams had been top O and top D with poor special teams.

Now Special teams is average to go. Well done.

This team can win the superbowl, and now has no weaknesses

I’d say the Rams have at least one weakness. That’s covering the some of the more physical WRs. AJ Brown and Michael Wilson as example.

I agree that CB against big/strong WRs is a challenge for the Rams. That said, it's Rams biggest area of need, but not a glaring weakness.

I haven't thought much about the ST's since we got a new kicker..... But I don't like Williams receiving kickoffs or any RB's (Corum) that are important to the offense. We don't need those guys getting hurt.
