See where Jacksonville signed its 25-year old Left Tackle Walker Little to an extension.

Three years and $45M, with $26M guaranteed.

That might be a good comparable to Alaric Jackson's cost. Not a PFF fan, so I have not looked at their ratings.

Little came out of Stanford and was a mid-second round pick but he was not a Day 1 starter; and despite relatively good health, he has fewer starts than Jackson over the past three seasons.

If the Rams want to retain Alaric Jackson, he AIN'T going to be cheap.

Breaking News: Coleen Wolfe needs to go on a weight gain diet (all make up, and bones) and Cynthia Freuland needs a complete off-season makeover. Her predictions/analysis are lame as fuck and she's FUGLY! Credible source - ME. That's all for now folks back to you in the Rams On Demand studio.

You are only telling half of the story. Practically the entire forum here wanted Creed Humphrey. It turned out that they were all correct for thinking that he was the obvious choice with that pick. That is a big reason that the Tutu pick stings so much.

I’ll add that his size alone made him a reach.

So it’s not just the usual hit or miss second round pick. There is much more to it that stings about that selection. So you can’t really oversimplify it.
Hey, I wanted Creed too. But you know who did NOT want Creed? The Rams and Snead. Get over it. You can seriously do this with every single pick and drive yourself mad. It’s ridiculous. Maybe if Snead wanted the guy but change his mind last second. But he did NOT want him. End of story.

I find it funny because so many Ram fans also wanted Eskridge who went a couple picks before to Seattle. Some even continued to say afterwards that Snead wanted him and panicked with the TuTu pick. Ok, where is Eskridge now? On his second team with like 19 total catches (3 in last two years combined).

You have to stop comparing TuTu to a guy the Rams didn’t want. Why not do this to every player the rams pick - against whomever is a stud that was drafted late and passed on by the Rams. Fact is - getting a playable WR in mid/late 2nd round is good value and a good pick. Just because he’s not Creed doesn’t take that fact away.

So if the Rams didn’t want Humphrey, then they totally misevaluated the pick?

I’d say it’s more likely that they didn’t value picking a Center over a WR.

In the end I was pointing out that the Atwell pick was not your usual gripe about a selection. It went much deeper than that. If anyone needs to get over it, I think it’s you. Nobodies been talking about it for months, maybe a full year. You brought it back up.

Tutu is not good value with a round 2 pick. No matter how hard you cope and rationalize it will not make your statement true. Rams have had their top two wideouts out this year and he didn't do dick. He will leave in FA and carry on with the career of a guy who is an accessory piece at best.

You don't take accessory pieces in round 2. You take accessory pieces mid to late rounds.

What more would they do with her, run a train LMAO, PLEASE elaborate? I never said she was ugly I said she needed to add a few lbs to her frame lightly. Just a suggestion. She's loaded with make up too and don't blame being on TV.

She's one of the females in the business I think has always been underutilized. Girl has a nice aura to her, she's cute, works well on camera. Not all the chicks they push can say that.

Walker Little is a good comp. He and Alaric Jackson are in the same PFF rating range with Jackson rated slightly higher.

Little just signed an extension for 5.87% of the cap. There's also the Noteboom comp who signed for 6.4% of the cap in 2022.

Based on those two comps, Alaric Jackson could sign between $16 mil. and $18 mil. As a reference point, the league's top LTs are signing for $20 - $28 mil. per year.

I thought I remember hearing that we had interest in him in the draft. I'd certainly kick the tires on him. Its not like we are full of studs at CB.
Great athletic profile.. but seems to be an awful player.
Can he be worse than the Rams current 3rd and 4th corners?
