Have you ever seen the OG Pet Semetary?
He's yaw cat now Louis... Iconic line
I have never really been a Stephen King fan.

Only book series I could finish of his was the Dark Tower and the first book took two tries to finish it - 5 years apart.

That first book was so slow and then I took another 10 year sabbatical before I started reading the fourth book

I remember seeing Pet Semetary when it came out but don't recall much of the movie other than

The family pet was revived by burying it in the pet cemetary and then it became a demon cat and then they did the same thing with their son and he became a demon son

Fate, I idolize Stephen King. I hope to have my stories just as dark as his.

I’ve read a report that the Cardinals were set to trade Murray to the Falcons. So far I haven’t been able to substantiate it.
I'm going to feel sick if it's because how well they feel about Clayton Tune! What else would be the reason? :sick2:

Just have every ending be the 49ers winning the Super Bowl. That's dark shit. ;)

Nah, I’m thinking Whiners and Hags get a co-Super Bowl championship and then Pete Carroll and Kyle Shanahan have a giant orgy with their players, coaches, and front office people.

They might start tune so they can lose every game.

.
I actually really like Tune. That was more in a backup role and learn, but very intrigued to see how he’ll handle more than likely starting until mid season.

The bonus is he has all off season to compete with McCoy and learn the system and get reps.

Adding more to this, despite what my mom says (she’s huge into King herself), I found the book to be far scarier than either Pet Semetary movie. The ending was scary as hell in the book; the sheer descriptions, the subtlety of what’s happening, and the implications alone are absolutely frightening.

And that’s not even close to being the scariest King book. No, the scariest - by far - was The Jaunt, which was one of his short stories. I had nightmares for a week after it, and I will not read it again.

I am mostly into Sci Fi and Fantasy novels now

Used to be into International Intrigue and adventure novels like Robert Ludlum and Clive Cussler

Clive Cussler. He…was probably one of my least favorites.

If you like fantasy, though (particularly dark fantasy), my writing falls under that category…even though I haven’t put it out yet. :(
