Well the guys who maybe weren't giving 100% somewhere else tend to give 100% in LA under McVay and this staff. So from that perspective I'd think Cooper would be in play if say OBJ doesn't want to sign yet or is playing hardball. I think OBJ is ideal for this offense but it's attractive to get Cooper on a prove-it deal if he's not available. Then you can cut his ass if he plays/does shit like he did in Dallas.

Christian McCaffrey, I believe. Or however you spell the name of the RB from Carolina.

I'd be interested in Christian McCaffery on a one-year contract if he gets cut. At his best, he's one of the best backs in the league.

Who wouldn’t. I guess as Tams Fans we can DREAM!!

Never would have ever really thought The Rams could just pick up Von Miller & OBj. Wtf? Did that really happen?
Thanks DJ1 for not believing & or being selfish like you always have been from checking your career since HS.He did help younger players & Tutu Atwell will be better from watching & playing with DJ1.

Yeah - Sony Michael as well & Eric Weedle out of retirement? Really
The Rams trade for Stafford.Yeah ok
I guess things like this can happen.
Just don’t see it,but then a West Coast guy at Heart & his dad Mcvay knew.
I’d say the 9ers might be more likely though if that was the case. The GM went to Stanford as well.

If the Rams pull that off, damn that'd be crazy. Every team with a RB need would be knocking his door down if he gets cut.

He can't stay healthy. Guy's a great RB but last thing we need is another back that can't stay on the field.

Chances are very slim that he will be cut. However, in the case that he is, I can't imagine any team going all in paying him without making the contract incentive based. Sorry to say but this guy is head and shoulders above what we have in our backfield and we'd be smart to at least take a look. As with all things, the price would have to be right.

Man if CMC becomes available, I could see McVay getting a rager for him and doing whatever needs done to get him. What a damn offense we'd have then. And he's basically another WR out there too, so would help carry the weight until OBJ back. One can dream, right?

CMC? We can dream right. In this offense he would shine. He wouldn't need many carries to be effective.

Gesicki and Schultz both get franchise tag, around $11M for tight ends.

Higbee is starting to feel like quite the bargain.
