Denver lost their center. I think if we had targeted Cush we would have moved above them

Seems like a good theory, but then what did the body language and facial expressions mean from both McVay and Snead?

Dal needs a center too so makes sense we would've moved ahead of both if we really wanted him. But weird how they both looked so mad.

Like this pick a lot if healthy.....but mcvay did look pissed I would assume he was pissed cause Mr ed i mean elway stole our player but that's just an assumption. Does not look like any significant o-line help is coming unless we really get lucky. Or trade a pick for a player which would of course be difficult given cap constraints. Redskins have yet to trade Williams unless they have something lined up they probably would settle for a 3rd another pick but of course salary the issue. The dude isn't going to play for them ever.

One other thing tonight... Seems like teams are getting better at prioritizing route running in wideouts eh? Maybe all these years of route technicians in later rounds outperforming the physical freaks from the top of the draft is starting to get the attention of GMs?

I looked long and hard pre-draft at Jefferson and thought no way he drops to the Rams due to exact reason you posted. I'm more than happy he's a Ram.

Belichick loses Brady and is immediately stacking his defense. Smart.

Rams obviously don’t think too highly of Biadasz or they would have grabbed him there.

Okay they have filled 3 of their 5 biggest needs with quality players. Now they need a true OLB not a 4-3 DE type, but someone to bring behind Samson in case they can't re-sign him. They also need a CB to give them an option to Ramsey. Bryce Hall would seem to be a scheme fit.
