Yeah, probably too hopeful that he'll be ready for a thursday night game but at least sounds like its a normal ankle sprain that will be only one game miss kinda deal.

Chargers Sign C/G Ryan Groy

The Los Angeles Chargers signed C/G Ryan Groy, the organization announced on Wednesday. In a corresponding move, C Mike Pouncey was placed on injured reserve.
Groy joins the Chargers after playing the last four seasons with the Buffalo Bills. He most recently spent the offseason with the New Orleans Saints. Groy has played in 55 career games, making 17 starts, primarily at center. The 6-5 Wisconsin product was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Chicago Bears in 2014. Groy played in 16 games in 2016 and 2017 and appeared in 15 contests in 2018, all for the Bills, and none for the Rams.

Any word on when we can expect Johnson back? I know we're probably going to get Talib back at some point this season but somehow missed the info on JJ.
