Jeff Fisher had better looking offenses than this while playing backup QBs non-stop. Rypien being crappy is a poor excuse. Jordan Love is not much better. Green Bay is a mess. This is a game that the Rams should have been able to win, or at the very least have been competitive in. Poor coaching and play calling on display IMO.
Funny, I was thinking during the game that this looks an awful lot like the Fisher era!

Im not sure why some fans are still talking playoffs at this point. I don't even want to see a rams post season because we would get absolutely embarrassed. Mcvay needs to deviate from that 11 personnel. It's just not working anymore. He also has had some terrible game plans as of late and I'm not sure it's a "talent" issue anymore. As some pointed out we have the same record as last year at this point of the season with a more healthy team. Mcvay needs to make some changes, starting with himself.

No way in hell this team is better than last year. We had way more talent. If you said they have a chance to be better next year then I'd run with that. Other than that, I do agree with most of what you said.
I was comparing the talent level at Week 9 of last year (remember how many injuries we had) vs. this year. We have more now.
