i got to the 40 second mark and had to turn it off.

the guy said the raiders hc didn't do j'marcus russell any favours by sitting him for most of his rookie year? what the fuck. does this guy know anything about anything?

if you're gonna make a video do some research. russell held out until the season started. how was the coach gonna play him?

.

I am not sure if I agree about Sam, but we surely sucked until McVay.....Which was the worst one for you guys (from the video)?

I would say Johnny Manziel was pretty bad....

I thought of Bradford right away. The main reason was the rookie draft pay hit. 50 million for a guy that looked lost much of the time and who kept getting injured. He would have set any team back regardless of the coach imo.

I can’t think of another “bust” who won the OROY, can you?

Hey, you may want to show a little more respect there.

It's not like just anyone can be on Youtube, giving their opinions on various topics.

I mean you got to have a proven expertise and established knowledge to be on Youtube stating opinions ... RIGHT?

The only piece worthwhile on the video was the if they had waited or, they could have had x pro bowl selections that were picked after bust X.

He could have also talked about Ryan Leaf and how the Colts regretted taking Manning ahead of him.

No one pick ruins a franchise. Not even whiffing on the first overall pick ruins a franchise.

Ruining a franchise is only done from the controls IMO. It requires a ton of bad picks, bad decisions on personnel and FA, and terrible ass coaching hires. Like our Rams in the 90s. :fart:

For which pick is the worst I'd go with Jamarcus. What a shitter. At least Bradford was a good dude.

Bradford didn't ruin the franchise. Oddly enough, we were better in the post-Bradford years than the pre-Bradford years. We were simply an inept franchise. One could argue our ineptitude and the injuries ruined Bradford. I doubt he would have ever been a star. But he probably could have been a solid starting QB if he caught some breaks. Our franchise was simply terrible from 2007 until McVay.

His stats weren’t that impressive that year. Media bias played a heavy role for the number 1 pick.

3512 yards,, 18 TDS, 15 int’s, QBR 46.9

Captain check down’s passing percentage was a respectable 60% but when a guy has a 6 yard average is it all that tough to accomplish? It must have been a bad year for ORY candidates

The sad part is in 2011 if the Cleveland Browns blocker's leg does not get in the way of the snap, the Browns convert on an 20 yard FG and the Rams finish 1-15, giving them the opportunity to trade Bradford to Cleveland (Holmgren would have done it) and draft Andrew Luck as the Rams would have had the number one overall pick in the draft.

Instead, the snap hits the blocker's leg, the FG is missed, the Rams win 13-12 finish with the same record as the Colts, but the Colts draft before the Rams based on strength schedule. Although the Rams 2012 draft was not bad, would've been better with Andrew Luck and Bradford with his contract in Cleveland.

I said before that the 50 million dollar contract was harsh for a bad team. Bradford wasn’t horrible but he wasn’t what the Rams needed him to be if he was to take up that much cap.

The Rams were already ruined at this point.
The FO was so bad they would have messed it up no matter what.....
“Fans meet the Rams QB of the future....Jimmy Clausen.”

Yep, the Rams luck, the last Rookie QB to get that type of contract. Those were tough times.

Well I’m not going to watch it.I will say this though about The Biggest change in THE NFL that AL DAVIS should have had better for site.

J. Russell should have never been signed.I think Al Davis was A Big DOnkeys butt.He had a chance to change The NFL Draft, maybe making there be a CAP ?

Demoff screwed him selfmany of times. The LT’s at #2. The signing of Todd Gurley when that Steelers RB Bell held out the whole season. It’s shows you Team first. We not ME.

Bradford was Bad only because he did not have a OL!! He was such a good talent. He liked his Outside Life more than Football & the injuries made it more that way.Sam Bradford is still the highest PAID ROOKIE in NFL History. That was the flawed System.

The Rams & Snead make the above even more obvious when there is a Rookie Salary Cap,but they trade those picks away.It shows the value of Ascending All Pro Players.

And the Rams could have drafted Suh. Can you imagine having Suh and Donald on the same team??
Oh, wait a minute....

Well that would've put them in a completely different reality. Gosh I thought Professor Hulk explained all this!
