You are wagering on which of the 3 time periods Bell either signs the tag or the Steelers withdraw it.
The deadline time on the 1st 2 dates is 16:00 EST. The options are:
1) Bell signs with, or is released by, the Steelers before the October 30 2018 trade deadline.
2) Bell signs with, or is released by, the Steelers after the October 30 2018 trade deadline but before the November 13 2018 tag signing deadline - which would allow Bell to play in 2018.
3) Bell does NOT sign with, AND is NOT released by, the Steelers before the November 13 2018 tag signing deadline - which would mean Bell would NOT be allowed to play in the NFL during the 2018 season.
Bell does not need to play or be traded. Bets will be settled as soon as possible after Bell signs with, or is released by, the Steelers. If Bell does NOT sign with, AND is NOT released by, the Steelers before the November 13 2018 tag signing deadline then bets will be settled shortly thereafter.
