Bookies are not laying this game whilst Roethlisberger's status remains uncertain. I've opened a provisional market with Roethlisberger a 60-65% probability to play. If he does play the line will move heavily towards the Steelers. If he doesn't play the Ravens will likely start as a 2 or 2½ point favourite.
