Usually 1pm games consist of me waking up, making coffee and a bite. Smoke some weed, watch the early games on Redzone, and make some lunch before the game. Because I can't during game as my stomach is usually in knots.

My only constant is halftime sex with the wife. Just look at McVays record in 2nd half

1st, I try to beat @CGI_Ram to the punch by inserting a "hold" in the middle of his pre-planned posts. He uses "hold" A place marker for his game day posts in the GDT threads and I say good morning to him by being a pain in the ass! :laugh4:
I think this is before pounding 12 cans of Keystone Light...I think.

My only ritual is to make sure the game is recorded because when the game is going bad I need to watch something else. Then play back what I missed and if it is good I run it back so I don't miss it and if it is bad I fast forward. I am to old to sit thru the bad stuff. It gets my heart going to fast. I am supposed to keep it under 130 BPS. Then there are games like the buffalo game or the SF game and heart rate be damned. But believe me when I tell you. The Rams put a 1st half like the one they had against the Seahawks this week and I will not be watching till it gets better.

The only real constant is that I try to time out my lunch with the start of the game, the O seems to play better while I eat. If we won last week I'm wearing what I wore last week, if we lost I change everything out for different Rams gear. I almost always watch or stream the game at home, but have also been know to park my quad on the top of the highest hill to get cell service to stream on my phone. And if I'm home I'm in the game day chat calling for TDs and turnovers.

Always throw on some Rams merch. My closet is absolutely packed with it! Other than that not much.

Do not eat during games just cannot do it. In the chair on offense, lie on the floor on defense unless friends come over then we watch the game in the den (call it that instead of man cave for obvious reasons) and we all just sit at bar. I also stand during special teams.

Drink red wine usually Pinot, but only two glasses.

Watch game on the back porch with my son. A few cold ones during the game, a few more after, if we win.

Usually got a Rams Jersey on....if not a Jersey a sweatshirt or something.....

I try to prepare dinner from whatever mascot of the team we are playing that day.
Falcon meat doesn't taste as good as chicken, but it's much easier to procure than Lion meat.
Some meals are next to impossible to find, and it's hardly palatable at all to cook up an old gold miner from the 1849 gold rush, but tradition is tradition.
