I can't help but think that this 2023/2024 Rams squad is one of the most likeable teams in Rams history. For me, they are right there with (or above) the 1999 and 2017 teams. The 1979 and 1989 team were also some of my faves.

Obviously the 2021 squad is up there as well, haha... But we traded for a lot of help on that team, and while I loved them.... I am not sure I "liked them" as much as some others.... If that makes sense?

The 2001 team was possibly the best NFL team I have ever seen, but to me they weren't as "likeable" for whatever reason. Same goes for the 2018 Rams. Probably because they weren't underdogs, and I LOVE a good underdog success story.

This years team just exudes a young and possibly naive confidence. Our young players belong here and they know it!! They play for each other, do all the dirty work to succeed and don't complain. No bad apples left on the tree, just a bunch of scrappy young Dawgs, with some HOF veterans sprinkled in. I fuggin love this team.

What is your favorite Rams team and why??

I can't say I've enjoyed any Rams team more than this one.

Between the reinvigorated McVay.. and rookie class that is both excellent and incredibly energetic and positive.. I can't remember a season that had this kind of energy.

But.. 2017? The turnaround? Hurley ascending? That was pretty amazing as well.

Yeah, this team reminds me of the 2017 Rams for sure..... But, I think this squad gets the nod for me. Haven't had this much fun (and stress) during a Rams season...maybe ever?

The 1973 team was pretty cool. It was the first year with the yellow added back to the uniforms, Chuck Knox' first year, and we went 12-2.

I moved to a new city about 7 years ago and wore a Rams tie to work. There aren’t a ton of Rams fans where I live (Asheville, NC) and the tie caught some interest and a few other guys started asking me about it.

Then one smart ass comes in the room and says that the greatest show on turf created all kinds of fake fans and he bets I couldn’t name 2 players on the defense for that championship squad. I proceeded to name the entire starting defense and he cut me off when I started to name the O line.

Same guy lost $50 to me this year on an over under of 5 wins for the Rams. He is a skins fan - turned out to be a nice enough guy overall but what a way to first meet someone.

I have to say that the 2021/2022 team was my favorite.
* Massive trade for Matthew Stafford before the season
* Preseason doubts about the Rams' star players (age, etc)
* STafford never won a playoff game before this season
* Von Miller and OBJ obtained and Robert Woods lost.
* Won the NFC West
* Gut stomped the Cards in WC Round
* Clutch Stafford drive/pass to Cooper Kupp in the last seconds, allowing for the game winning FG. Bye, bye Buccs and Tom Brady.
EPIC, soul crushing defeat of the Niners at SoFi in the NFCCG, with more clutch throws from Staff to Kupp. Aaron Donald holding upnhis ring finger, "Ring Me!!!!"
* Beat Joe Burrow and the Bengals in Super Bowl 56.

This one is my favorite

Yeah man. The soul crushing defeat of the cousin fucking, shit eating, dick nosed, street pooping whiners DOES carry a lot of weight here. That whole playoff run was outstanding. It's close for me.

I lost my best friend of 49 years (our entire lifetime) to cancer in December of that season. He was the only person I have ever known that loved the Rams as much as I do. That Superbowl was so bittersweet for me. I am not a religious man (he was), but I swear he had a hand in it.

I’ve been a Rams fan since 1972. Some ups and a lot of downs but I stuck with them. However, it was the 1999 Super Bowl champion Rams that made me the Rams fanatic that I am today. Nothing was the same after that year for me.

Hard to say. The '99 team brought tears to my eyes after such an abysmal decade, but the memory of the '89 team got me through that abyss— hope that one day we would return to respectability. And now this "house money/no pressure" iteration we got now is so friggin fun to watch! Fuck it all. Go Rams—no matter the time!

The 99 season was truly magical and 1973 was the last season at a Rams game with my Dad. There has never been a more exciting post-season run with regular and dramatic comebacks than the '21 season. But for the pure fun of watching a group of players transcend the sum of their parts...GIMME THIS TEAM RIGHT HERE!

1973 got me started & you never forget your first love, but nothing matches partying like it’s 1999!

2021. They beat the 40shitters in the NFC Championship to hoist that Lombardi. Been waiting for that payback since '89. Best QB performance over 4 consecutive playoff games that I can recall. At the very least up there with the best ever. What a team that was.

Second by a hair would be the '99 team in that GSoT era. That team delivered more joy over an entire season and playoffs than any has for me, because their dominance was unbelievable in most games.

But this one is special from that likeability side of things. This is definitely one of my favorites, they are somewhat similar to the '83 Rams in terms of what I think their ceiling is and how much I love watching them.

I'm a basic bitch and taking 2021.

Under the radar....that 04 8-8 squad. I remember them beating the Jets and then proceeding to KO the shitbirds out with the 3 sweep. Cam Cleeland bitches!

Melin Olson Deacon Jones Rosey Grier, Lamar Lundy,

The 1967 Los Angeles Rams appeared capable of being a top contender to win the NFL title. In fact, the team posted the best record in the league and won the Coastal Division.
