What Assistant Coaches Do You Want? Who do you think they will hire? Who have they hired?

Now that the Rams have a commitment from McVay (Which, I think will be most important/best news the Rams could get this offseason no matter who they get in the Draft, Free Agency, Trade, etc!!!) which Assistant Coaches would you like to see the Rams sign and which Available Assistant Coaches do you think they will sign (Realistically)?

I really think this was an extremely WEIRD Season for the Rams where pretty much everything had to go wrong for them to end up having such a terrible/disappointing season!!! But Optimistically(!!), I do think we will see the “REAL” Rams next season!!!

McVay still calling plays and Raheem Morris either getting the Colts Head Coaching gig or becoming the Defensive Coordinator of the Minnesota Vikings.

One of the names Jourdan floated for OC was Eagles QB Coach Brian Johnson. Hire him. I have a very, very high opinion of him from his time at Florida. Tremendous coach. I'd also be all for bringing back Ejiro Evero if Raheem gets hired away.

I think of McVay hirings that have worked-out well; and most of those were coaches I knew little or nothing about when they were hired by the Rams ... like Sean McVay himself! ... so I will sit this one out.

I'm guessing LaFleur is added in some capacity after the Jets let him leave. I've noticed a bunch of articles assuming that it will be as the Rams OC, but I don't think that's a lock.

Plus he'd have to go out and pay someone else to coach all the while Staley's on a beach in Thailand with Kliff, so, no I don't see Staley leaving at all.

That’s a good point but he has fired many other coaches and had to pay them.. Marty shottenhrimer? That’s been a long ass time ago but he seems quite stupid too.
