Ian Rapaport reports that the Panthers are releasing Troy Hill in an effort to "go younger".
Hill is 33 but might be able to shore up our defense regardless.
Hill played in all six games, making two official starts and had 32 tackles and one pass break up.
He's in his 10th season.

It's a move that I could see the Rams make that's just a terrible move. He hasn't been good for years and wouldn't give us ANYTHING. I'd rather let the young guys play.
