Our Rams sitting at 3-2, downtrodden and third in the division. Talking heads smugly writing us off. Fans wailing about run snap counts, throwing out Martz comparisons, calling for Wade's head, we need a new kicker, our OL sucks, etc., etc., etc. Season over is the theme, Super Bowl hangover, Rams aren't the same team, and so forth and so on.

But the Rams... They be like:

I hope you're right . There's too much talent to waste this year . 89 points by the D is still mind boggling . Matter a fact it's sickening . Get it fixed guys
What i saw last night was an undisciplined dline. Guys not staying in their lanes. We have played Russell for a long time and you know you need to slow rush him and they weren't. We got a ton of pressure but to no avail.
Same with the secondary, no discipline. And I think what's happening is these guys buy into their own hype and aren't consistent. Theres too much talent

I think AD's injury is affecting him more than we think. Hopefully this 10 day rest cures what ails him...and Dante too.

Yeah, I think that's a good take. We've done better against Wilson in the past, containing him pretty well in some games so he doesn't hurt us with his feet. Not so much last night, and it allowed him to extend plays and our coverage broke down on a number of those.

Yeah the loss sucks and all, but I don't feel bummed as some other fans are (steer clear of r/LosAngelesRams and r/NFL)

I expect this team to play pissed off and win convincingly next Sunday

What I saw last night from the Offense was encouraging for the most part. I want Goff to hit more open players and WRs making plays ( see Woods on missed TD, Everett on tipped pass) but Offense looked good. The defense seems one DL and a complementary LB short of complete. I also can’t stand watching Peters try to tackle or blow coverage so that needs to be fixed for next season.

Yeah offensively the big plays have been there, the players just need to be more consistent in taking advantage. And Goff had a strong finish. The worst pass of his IMO was the quick slant that he threw behind the wideout in the shadow of the endzone, that play was there to give them breathing room and a first down and maybe start a drive.

Seahawks couldn't stop our offense for the most part. Rams sort of stopped themselves even in that series. Which is why I think they're going to be a lot better moving forward than people realize.

If there's a silver lining in his play it's that the Rams will think twice about signing him now. Thank God.

Hill isn't as good as him but would probably give us more consistency vs pass and run. And tbh I'm a bit irked that Long hasn't pushed for playing time yet, I was hoping he'd be ahead of Hill by now. But maybe he's just gonna take a little longer, so not gonna make judgments on him or anything. We do need him though.
