His coaching tree has combined for a record of 137-109-1 in the regular season and 8-8 in the playoffs during their fifteen seasons as head coach after serving on his coaching staffs.

Having so many coaches move on to become head coaches, along with Holmes at GM, has to make the draft a more difficult process for Snead. These guys know how he thinks.

I’m glad they are tweaking their model of draftable players and are keeping info on lockdown.

I think NFL Teams should get picks for placing ALL HCs not just minority HCs.
