I had not heard this story before. Maybe you have?

This man accomplished so much, when everyone else would have given up. What an amazing mindset to live through the most unthinkable adversity.

Just wow!

This was the best 5 minutes of my day, week, month, year, etc. Makes every problem I have, look like a hangnail.

Beautiful. I cried. I really did. Polio was a horrible disease, and being trapped in an iron lung...and still having that mindset...beautiful. It shows humanity's resilience, but most importantly, he was only trapped because he was the strongest of all of us.
