I mean, quickness is always an advantage, but is that the primary factor in a dominating OL?

OL speed is a thing?
I mean, quickness is always an advantage, but is that the primary factor in a dominating OL?
Could be the Saints wanted to draft his replacement or a new center and move McCoy into his spot.
The Saints are taking a big chance here... I don't care how highly think of Ruiz, they are trading a pro bowl guard for an unproven college kid who might not be ready just yet. Not really sure why they would do this, when they are trying to get to the super bowl.

Heard a Saints fan say Warford reported into camp last year overweight and that was the beginning of a downslide.
Also don't let pro bowl sway you since there are many alternates as 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices sit out so some of them are overrated.
Who knows he may be better than a couple of our guys, but it seems like he lacks some discipline. Not biting the hook on this one and I doubt the Rams are either. But hey they can prove me wrong and improve the line and I'll be singing a different tune.

I'm willing to give this GM/coach combo and their staff some time with these guys. I mean, they did assemble and coach a roster to 3 straight winning seasons.

It’s funny looking. The “facial expression” is open to interpret and that makes it interesting... sort of sickly too. Perfect for an avatar!
I lost the master image and stumbled across her pencil sketch... I added the colors.
I wish I had some other samples of her art, but she draws with a style very similar to that of the Gorillaz. Which is her favorite band, too.

If a team runs a lot of outside zone concepts like the Rams, then is a HUGE factor.
