First of all I would like to say that I am NOT a Football Coach (And, NEVER have Been!) BUT I DO HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS/SOLUTIONS to Help Improve the Rams current Season! OK, I DON’T have ANY ANSWERS OR SOLUTIONS for the Rams (Just a Life Long Rams Fan!) but I am curious on what other Rams Fans think needs to be done to get this season back on the right track!

I do think the Rams have several issues they need to address/improve but the two I keep thinking about is getting Healthy (Not much they can do about this one/Just Bad Luck!) and upgrading their Offensive Line (Injuries have played a role in this as well as has Whitworth’s retirement). I really feel for the Stafford and the Rams RB’s working with the Rams current Offensive Line!! My suggestion for this is to hope some of the Rams OL get Healthy SOON and to bring in about a 1000 FA OL to see if there are any out there that can help the Rams!

I know I was not any help but that is why I am hoping to get some opinions from other Rams Fans that are a LOT smarter than me!!

When I get real frustrated with this season I do try time remember what it was like being a Rams fan before McVay became the Rams Head Coach!!!
McVay has definitely spoiled me and greatly raised my expectations for the Rams each season (Not to mention making being a Rams fan so much more enjoyable!!!)!

I doubt there is much to accomplish, unless some other franchise has a fire sale, and even then what would Snead trade? Rams need their draft choices.

I'd start by benching Evans and Kolone, moving A Jackson the LG to help Noteboom, start Skura at C sand the new guy Aboushi at RG.

I'd also give Henderson the bulk of the rushing duties. Akers keeps missing holes.

I agree that you inserting some more experienced players like Aboushi (47 career starts) and Skura (65 career starts) could be a good idea.

that is also interesting because people refer to 2019 as the year the 0-line sucked bad - but according to this chart it was the 2nd best season.
You have the chart upside down. It shows it's the second worst.

2nd worst it wasn't good at all but so far this year is much worse. That oline in a lot of opinions ruined Jared.

We have to get to a certain level of efficiency on this line so I think the first question is do you think Boom is the LT going forward. Or do you need to see more. Jackson has looked good there too, and the comms on that left side have been shit, so it would be an option to sort the left side (Jackson to LT, Boom to LG) and then get back to RG being the unsettled spot.

Basic idea is what is the starting 5 you want to have come the playoffs, assuming we can get there. Because they need snaps together in those specific roles to get good at handling the stunts and games that DLs play.

Where is Aboushi in his game right now vs Evans. Is he still struggling to learn the offense. But also I think what the OL structure ends up being may relate to which side can best handle the subpar player. Boom has had his hands full just doing his job and obviously can't help Edwards keep his head in the game, which it sure seems like Whit was possibly doing. Can Hav handle that instead and oh btw Edwards will be out so it may be even more of a babysitting job.

It's kind of shitty no matter how you stack it. No matter what we are going to have 1 subpar player on the line (Evans or Aboushi) and 2 who are developing (Boom and Jackson). So where is everyone best slotted and I think LT is the key. Which means whatever their in-house take on Boom is right now should drive their approach.

I do think our OL will look a ton better vs Carolina because they're not as good a front. But also because we get Allen back and McVay will almost surely give these guys a lot of focus in practice to get them on track. So this might come down to that bye week if they elect to do some serious juggling.

I've been looking at our cap and I don't see a way out of this season's mess that doesn't (further) mortgage future seasons for a few small, temporary personnel upsides.

We will live our die based on our ability to coach up third-day-of-the-draft talent this season, and we will have to invest heavily in OL in the next two drafts.

We have 6 players consuming half the cap this year ($99m). Next year 4 players will consume $99m. In 2024, 3 players consume $103m (assuming AD retires, otherwise 4 players consume $137m).

Other than convincing our stars to renegotiate for less, our only option is to live within our means, draft for need and hope it works out.

I already said the same thing that Howie Long came up with after last Sunday's game.

Go out and find you the biggest ugliest snot knocking dirt eating fullback you can find as a lead blocker for these two delicate flowers we have in the backfield.

Get Malcolm Brown going as well and see if there isn't it running back on the street that wants to kick some rear end.

Our passing game is not going to work without the threat of a running game, (as we've noticed all season).

We have to get the running game going to control the ball and score inside the 20.

We don't have to go out to find him, just get big Roger Carter in the game.

1. Re-examine the playcalling and attacking philosophy along with player substitution in situational downs

Sorry Sean I love ya, but even I know what’s coming from my couch.
