Damn! Nice screen grab. Every fight tonight was an absolute bloody war! Conor McGregor BARELY walked away with a win, BUT he did. Now people can shut up about him not defeating a wrestler.

I hope McDonald can afford plastic surgery. The poor guy is going to need one hell of a nose job.

Nope, but I'd certainly love to learn MMA for self-defense purposes.

I love martial arts, have practiced kickboxing (Dutch and San Shou), Jiu Jitsu (not may favorite) and some Weng Chun (Kung Fu basically). It can be great for self defense, but it's also good for overall physical fitness as well.
I'm sitting here on a torn patellar tendon not sure if I'll ever be able to get back into it again, but man do I highly recommend it.

I'm a BJJ newbie and I love it. I should be able to go for my green belt in one of the hardest schools in the country to progress, but I keep having nagging crap like colds or rotator cuff crap keeping me from fully training. I had the big break when both my kidneys had different problems at the same time. Took me awhile, but I'm back.

Still, I love BJJ. It's fun, mentally challenging, physically demanding and emotionally fulfilling.
