Schematically I like this. But he is playing the wrong pairing.

Schematically I like this. But he is playing the wrong pairing.

So do I. They kind of need to with the way they're getting run on. The DL isn't holding up. It's only week 3 but there appears to be a league wide shift, running yards and TDs are up and passing yards and TDs are down.

Wait what? I didn't see him say this... how can he not know what he is doing at this point? That actually kind of pisses me off if we're relying on Bennett as a backup and he doesn't know how to run the offense to the point we have to leave Stafford in a blowout for no reason.

Well again and for the record I like Bennett as a futures type backup project. But yeah. This might be what you get when you give a guy a year long siesta in his rookie season and then decide to count on him for your first two games (after a preseason where he clearly wasn't quite there yet). I mean what could go wrong.
