My health is fine. Passed a physical. Everything's a go.
I wasn't let go because of performance. I got injured, and was going to have a high cap number.
Being released doesn't motivate me. I'm self-motivated.
They kept it classy and released me right before the start of free agency
(on Courtland) "He's feisty. We have different styles, but he's a quality football player."
I'm actually excited for the Rams and the direction they're headed. The young guys just gotta step up.
