First time I ever clicked over to that site.
As I looked over the Ref profiles, I was taken back by the Occupation field.
I'd always heard the argument that the NFL needs Refs employed full-time but I guess I never latched on to the seriousness of the concept.
Occupations should say: referee for the National Football league.
Instead, I'm seeing: Middle school principle, carpenter, attorney, etc.
How can a billion dollar industry not have full time referees?

Agreed. The blue and white looks slick AF. I think the blue and yellow have too much bad voodoo. Yeah, the GSOT won the superbowl with them. But our record with them are dog shit.
