Whadda ya got?
that would be a big help ... part of why I want a stud ML and a stud RB on the team ... those guys set the attitude of the teamEastRam said:Instill some Attitude.
I like the way you think ... however since we can't run the football the opposing defenses can play a step or two back ... making it harder for us to connect.Memento said:We have to focus on establishing the deep ball ....

We may still lose and we may give up big plays sometimes, but we're going to make the other team feel pain for every yard they gain.

Develop the youth, this is a process, and we are the youngest team in the league. We weren't supposed to be world beaters this year, but we have to get better position by position, inch by inch.
Attack more on offense and defense. Run no huddle, and hurry up. Run more big and little crossing patterns. Find a way to run the ball, there has to be something our OL can do right--I hope so.
MOVE the pocket, MOVE the pocket, MOVE the pocket once in a freaking while. Sam has a bulls-eye on his head, and we are facilitating it.
Stop being so predictable. Watch film for for tells, recognize them, and eliminate them. Check the training facility for spy cameras. Interrogate the entire staff for spies.
Find your identity, then forge it.
Have fun, do your job, then help your teammates.

1. No huddle hurry up offense giving Sam the ability to make play-calls at the LOS(if he wants it)
2. Look into some FA/Practice Squad/Trade HBs...we need a bruiser...if not, get Stacy involved
3. Allow Tavon Austin to attack the intermediate and deep parts of the field...really start to expand our offense into the 2nd and 3rd levels of the field
4. Use Harkey and HBs to chip and give protection help
Defense:
1. Get up on the LOS or at least 5 yard or less cushions
2. Bring some A and B gap blitzes
3. Tampa 2(Laurinaitis looked good getting up the seam against SF)
4. Finnegan to FS and McLeod to slot CB...if Finnegan can make the switch
Get the team angry.

Lots of good ideas here.
I think it was Memphis who was lobbying for a true fullback for this roster.
