Rams released LB Bobby Wagner.
Wagner's release will free up at least $5 million in cap savings, potentially more if it's a post-June 1 designation. He was not quite the same player he was in Seattle, but it's hard to say that he's "declining" when he was a second-team All-Pro and finished with a 90.7 PFF grade while playing nearly all of the team's snaps. This was framed as a "mutual parting of ways" via Adam Schefter, so it's possible Wagner already has a new location in mind.
Sounds like he wanted out. Kinda strange, but we can use the money.Seems like some bad blood?
Yep, that was a dick punch for sure. I may not be able to handle another 10 years of Rams bullshitery. So glad they got the ring last year.God damn this organization is becoming frustrating as fuck.. And now we have a new hole.
"And Wagner wants to win".. that's a shot to the fuckin dick. What a joke we're becoming after just a year removed from a SB win.
Despite the fact that a lot of Ram fans (me included) aren't big fans of Morris, it seems like (through articles I have read and the 11 personnel podcast) the players really love playing for Morris. It’s probably just a situation where in Wagner feels like he may have a better shot at ring somewhere else before he retires.Seems like some frustration on his part?
Probably didn't want to play for Morris soft shit again. Haha.
Na. Hummel ain't it. Draft Jack Campbell out of Iowa.WOW, wasn't expecting this, but I'm OK with it.
Jones & Hummel starting inside ?
