Plus, on a third-down-conversion to Nacua in the Rams' TD drive that ended with the Kupp touchdown, Havenstein was not called for a holding penalty when his arm was under Miller's neck.

The Rams got some very favorable calls too.

True, but Rosenboom looked bad in this one. I mean everyone missed tackles, but he looked like a guy about to get cut in the last preseason game.

Being an ILB vs a QB of Allen's caliber is a nightmare. It's like our run defense vs Barkley. Most teams don't have MVP candidates in those positions.

So even though I was irritated in both cases I overlook those games to some extent. We don't have the type of defense to corral dudes like them, especially when they're behind top OLs.

Not every down (that's ridiculous) but Quinn often got held like that because of how he rushed off the edge with great bend and leverage (similar to Miller on the specific play I referenced). Donald ... not nearly as much.

This one was blatant, not called and it benefited the Rams. Helped to balance-out some blown calls that hurt the Rams.

1) did not hear Fiske’s name once the whole game. Maybe I missed it?
2) Atwell played a great game when you consider he’s a #4 WR.
3) excellent run defense inside (the Conductor, BB3, and Davis).
4) Rozeboom missed tackle after tackle. He’s been steadily improving, but this game was a setback.
5) the last two games have showed how valuable Havenstein still is to this team if you want to run the ball.

6) OL did a fantastic job protecting Stafford, especially on critical downs/moments.

Why do people always want to concentrate on one or two bad calls when they happen throughout the game on both sides?

Interesting but why did Mike Pereira, during the broadcast mention rocking back is a penalty and should have been called after Havensteins noncall.
