I am a Cal fan and with Tosh Lupoi taking over as HC I believe the program is on the upswing. However at this point there is not a huge amount of pro prospects on the roster although they have been supplying the NFL with DBs annually lately. I think they were there to to get an up close and personal look at QB Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele or JKS. Saw every game last year and believe he will be a high draft pick in 2028 the first year he is elligiible. 1) quick processor 2) accurate thrower and good deep thrower. 3) mobile 4) great teammate. A QB to keep an eye on going forward.

Someone made a video about him, saying he was the best QB in the country. I haven't watched it, but when I was studying other QBs it is one of the suggested results the computer gives you. One of the games I watched, he was the opposing QB. I forget which one or who I was watching but it was a close game until Cal had a critical turnover in the 4th qtr.

He should throw the ball to Ian Strong, the transfer from Rutgers. Even if it doesn't look like he's open. Just put it high or backshoulder and give Strong a chance to go get the ball.
