I thought I read somewhere he was playing end instead of nose against the chargers.Interesting Tyler Davis had a grade of 41.6 this game.
Might have had a hello rookie welcome to the NFL moment which is teachable. Better now than later.

J Jackson has been back at practice, so looks like he's a go for week 1 vs DetroitLimmer taking some reps with the 1's in practice.
He has passed McAllister as backup C.
McAllister was ok during last preseason and I was hoping he would take the next step. He appears to be the same level as last year.
Jackson may not be ready to go vs Detroit and Im sure Limmer getting reps with the 1's is a nod to this.
Both Thomas and Bruss have been very good this preseason at G.
Im sure the plan would be to keep Avila at C and play Thomas at G until Jackson is ready, but, good to have Limmer get some experience with the 1's in case he is called on.
So what's the story with Havenstein?J Jackson has been back at practice, so looks like he's a go for week 1 vs Detroit
I have no idea but his injury has me worried. I wouldn't be surprised if he missed a couple of games if not more. McVay responce to his injury was strange. So what's the story with Havenstein?
Our OL was supposed to be a strength. On one hand the injuries have me concerned. On the other, our backups have me inspired. We'll see but whomever takes the OL snaps, they have to be our strength.I have no idea but his injury has me worried. I wouldn't be surprised if he missed a couple of games if not more. Would McClendon start or would they start Noteboom? Is NB going to be a swing tackle?I have no problem with McClendon starting for Big Rob if he's not ready.
