The only thing better than what I witnessed tonight would be the Rams beating the Whiners in the NFC Championship on a bad call, after we both went 15-2 but they won division on a tiebreaker.

Yea It was epic to see San Fran post 107 win season only to have the Champs knock them out.

Then all the whining about the call. 2 outs Mad Max on the mound and two strikes. There was no way they were tying that game anyways. Next pitch would have ended it anyways. Even if he did squeak out a hit the likelihood of a second hit after that is so low.

If it was bases loaded then the whining has merit, but that wasn't the case. The two teams were very evenly matched but the Dodgers had a more experienced bullpen, a better bullpen strategy and a better offense, once Bellinger got back healthy.

The better team won.

Jim Rome was going all wishy washy on the Dodgers, two to three days ago when it looked better for the Giants and he said "There's a reason they won 107 games."

The last two wins I've been throwing at him, "There's a reason the Dodgers won 106 games..." The Giants fans didn't like that last night, lol.

It appeared Darin Ruf struck out to end the game a couple months ago. But the ump said he didn't offer and it was a game tying bases loaded walk. Giants ended up winning that one. Dodgers woulda been division champs if he struck out. That is baseball. You have to live with umps decisions. Because of that non strike out Dodgers won't have home field in any series this year. Even though they have the best record of all the remaining teams. But again, you have to live with umps decisions. Its part of the game.
