Those issues are all “outside the building”… they are not “team” issues.

Quitting on the team is similar to things like talking bad about the coach.. getting into a fight with a teammate.. that kind of shit.

I mean Jalen Ramsey & Rapp ? Does that count ?? Getting into a Fight on the Dield is pretty Bad IMO.
I’Ll always say without Eric Weedle The Rams lose .Jalen Ramsey wasn’t an easy player to get a long with.

HOW QUICKLY we can forget when a player is giving another chance & is successful.

What happened in Jacksonville? Didn’t he FAKE a Bad Back ? Everyone in The NFL knew it !!!!

Cam Akers didn’t BS stuff !! Mcvay didn’t put up with that.Actually The Rams gave him another chance.He helped them win a Superbowl!!

Was that the same YEAR ?? He did it TWICE.The first season he held out & The Rams brought him back.
Then after he did it again Sean Mcvay traded him.Kyren Williams was healthy & started over him.Might have been the year after,but he came back after the injury.Still he was playing games.

AD99 almost did it.He waited & missed a game under Sean Mcvay,who played it well.Was that a Super Bowl year ? I think so in 2018.Be did it twice missing most of training camp. Maybe once under Fisher ??

Point being Gurley got signed.If The Rams don’t sign him,does he end up like La’Vone Bell and sit out a whole season & didn’t get PAID,but had to have gotten PAID for a certain amount of his 5th year !!

—Marshall Faulk was a nice pick.I still think E.James would have been good,but drafting Torrey Holt was huge.I was a Draftnk then.It was one of the Craziest Drafts. Before internet & the front page of the sports was Faulk to Rams for a 2nd rd pick.

NFL discipline AND Team discipline. Yes, the NFL can impose penalties, up to including expulsion from the NFL.
A team can expel a player who disrupts the locker room, as well as suspending players for things that happen outside the building. Walking out on the team during a game will get you fired from a team, but it's also not likely any other team will hire the guy because he's a cancer. Same thing with Kaepernick and the kneeling stuff where he was let go/end of contract (whatevs) and no other team would hire him in any real way because of the baggage that came with him. In Both cases, the players were affected NFL wide and not from the league office.
