So sitting here in a hot ass house with no electricity and started thinking about our next block of games.

Our next game this Sunday gives us a very winnable game AT Chicago in good weather. If we can edge one out there we are .500 to close out our first 1/4 of games and onto a block of 3 home games and a much need bye week!

I think the Packer game Love is projected to be back. So that might be a tough ass game.

I’ll be at the Raider game which I think should be a win that probably puts us at 3-3. The Viking game looks to be a tough one. I expect to edge out either the Packers or Vikings which would give us a 4-3 record halfway through the season (week wise).

When is Kupp/Puka/Avila/Jackson/Willams supposed to be back? About The Packers game right?

What you guys think? Are these games winnable?

Watched Chicago last week and they’re pants. Just have to watch Odunze.

Green Bay would be tough away, but we should beat them at home.

Raiders are crap.

Minnesota are looking good so far and, at this stage, are the only ones I wouldn’t expect us to beat, although a lot can change over the course of the next month or so.

3-1.

Im happy if we come away 2-2 out of the next 4. Our young defense needs time to come together and we need some of our starters to get back healthy.

Chicago and Las Vegas are our most likely victories but still far from guaranteed.

4-0 very possible but went 3-1 thinking we could lose one of the Packers or Vikings games. both are very well coached and talented teams.

I never predict a Rams loss! So 4-0 it is! We just have to get better every week.

Minnesota is playing out of their minds but a lot can change in a month. Figure the Rams will drop one, maybe two, given the state of injuries, but hopefully not the Bears game because it feels like we need to get that one in the bank.

I'll go with 3-1. Of course I can't seem to pick games this year to save my life so... :laugh3:

Viks honestly might kick the crap out of us ( depending on how much the Lions piss them off 4 days before us), but the other 3 should be winnable. We both have the same Bye week. We get oct 20th vs raiders, they get Lions.

GB looks decent even with Willis. He runs a lot!

It's not about the next 4 games, it's about the next 2.
If we come out of the bye week getting healthy at 2-3, then we can go on a run.

I said 2-2

If the Rams didn't have the injuries and this team was a cohesive group that just played 3 full games I'd say 4-0. But the Packers and Vikings are both healthy (minus Love) and playing well. Even if Love doesn't play, Willis is super mobile and will be hard for this young defense to handle. I don't like facing the Vikings defense without Kupp and Nacua healthy. In the long run it might help us since the Rams are likely to see these teams in the playoffs. The Rams should look different by then. Hopefully they are fully healthy and firing on all cylinders and give these teams a new look in January.

I went 3-1. That would put us at 4-3 and on track to get back in the thick of things. Even 2-2 wouldn't be terrible. We'd still have a shot at a stretch of winning games assuming our offense is healthy and the defense improves.

I wanna just go 4-0, which is entirely possible, any given Sunday... but
1. da Bears -- W
2. Malik is no joke, might just be better than Love? either one is mobile & we may have problems with them -- L
3. Raiduhs -- W
4. Vikes -- Yikes, whoda thunk, 3-0 with Darnold? DARNOLD??? -- L*
*NFL.com says he got a deep knee bruise last game, but isn't expected to miss time... but if this develops, il's the Nick Mullens show... W

If we build on the continuity gained getting out of games with no injuries like we just did against the shitters, we can go 4-0 in the next batch.

But, my willy says let's focus on "one play at a time", "one drive at a time", "one more satisfactory boning of the wife at a time".
It's all good. Not ready for blue pill yet. Its all about good diet, exercise, and rest.

Go Rams.

On paper and with our current injury situation I think Bears and Raiders are must wins. The Pack looks very tough given our situation, but the Vikings might be primed for a loss. Win or lose to GB, travel for a thursday night game after a very important division rivalry that will take all their attention, I say Rams go 3 - 1.

I thought I was out due to one missed game. But then I realized you have to miss two to be eliminated. I guess. Idk. I didn't read the rules.

Love is going to still be hurting a bit and won't be as mobile in that game. I think we can win it as long as Verse learns to tackle.
