I'd pick up Hall from BYU at 188 (if avail), otherwise go with anyone highlighted below and grab Dorian-Thompson with last pick.View attachment 59142
Traded #36 for a lower-2nd, another 3rd, 4th and 6th. End up with 14 picks-- 1 2nd, 2 3rds, 2 4ths, 1 5th, 5 6ths and 2 7ths.
This one kept giving me BPA small wideouts but I simulated locking McVay in the broom closet.
This time I remembered to get the kicker.

I thought the same thing, but the guy is rail thin. Seriously very thin. I think he's likely a current liability in the run game and there is a lot of high end CB's in this draft. I could definitely see him falling to 36, or one of the other guys if he's gone.I'm looking at Emmanuel Forbes' tape, and I keep thinking, "There's no way he gets out of the first round." He set an NCAA record for pick-sixes in a career. But if that was the draft we had, I'd be quite happy.

Sometimes they do. NFL GMs are notorious for balking at physical metrics or looks. That's how we got AD99. ("He is too short"; "There is no way his collegiate performance will transfer to the pro level"; etc.) The GMs are bad enough at this that when I see an outstanding college player, I hope & pray there is some 'defect' that will scare most GMs away so the Horns can pounce on that player.I don't care if he's rail thin. Forbes can ball. He's a ballhawk, as I stated, but what I didn't state is that he's actually really good at any coverage, and he will not hesitate to stick his nose in with the running game.
Guys like that don't fall out of the first round.
This would be awesome. Unfortunately, I feel the McVay talk about needing to get the offense back in top level means we’re going mostly O with the first 3-5 picks…and likely skill O guys (not OLs). I’m preparing myself for a RB, Small/fast WR, skinny TE, QB. I’m not going to allow myself to get mad again and throw anything at the TV when our pick(s) are announced. LolView attachment 59163
10 year data of OL drafted (data 2020)
Need to draft OT's higher in the draft, G's more in the middle 3 rounds
Man so many decent G, C, and OT prospects out there this year we better go balls deep and get the players of the future!
IF Skow can play FB...Also I didn't realize Hunter Luepke was in this draft until I drafted him on that site. Limited athletically I'm sure but he's a nice all-around player in the backfield. Tough, good hands, smart, I'd love to see us get him late rounds or UDFA.
Dude don’t get me started! Lol I’m just going to stay positive and look forward to the draft! This would be awesome. Forgive me... I don't.
