Both defenses are potentially good to great and both offenses have questions but creative offensive play callers. But I respect Brian Flores play calling more than Dennis Allen so I'm going to give the edge to the Vikings if i were forced to choose a winner.

It’s obvious and if you actually watched McCarthy play at Michigan it would even be more obvious. And I rooted against him in every game he played.
I watched him play a ton at Michigan and wasn’t impressed at all. But… can’t deny his skills. Release? Perfect. Arm strength? Above average. Scrambling/run ability? Extremely under rated.
